How do I find my size?

Because our pieces are made from different fabrics with different stretch levels, we recommend checking the size chart on each individual product page for the most accurate read. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing down for a more sculpted fit.

How do I take care of my Common Mode pieces?

We keep it simple: wash cold, hang dry. If you use a dryer, keep it on low heat to preserve the shape and stretch. Always wash darks and lights separately — and please, no bleach. Ever.

When do orders ship?

We ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. To make the next cut-off, your order needs to be in by 5PM the day before.

Can I get same-day delivery?

We'll do our best. Message us on Instagram before you check out so we can confirm availability — we want to make sure we can get it to you on time before you complete your order.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are on business days and subject to change during public holidays or unexpected events outside our control. We appreciate your patience when that happens.

• Metro Manila: 1-3 Business Days
• Outside Metro Manila: 5-7 Business Days

How much does shipping cost?

Flat rate shipping is ₱140. Spend ₱3,500 or more and shipping is on us.

How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves us, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. From there, you can follow your package every step of the way.

I didn't receive a confirmation email -- what should I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, reach out to us on Instagram @commonmodeph and we'll look into it right away.

Can I return my order?

We don't accept returns, but we do offer exchanges. Just send us a DM on Instagram at @commonmodeph with your order number and we'll take it from there.

What if there's an issue with my order?

Whether you received the wrong item or something arrived with a defect — we're on it. Send us a DM on Instagram @commonmodeph with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as we can.
