Do I need an account to shop?
Yes! You need an account to place an order. But don’t fret, it’s pretty handy: You'll be able to make wish lists and keep the shipping addresses you used for future purchases. Plus, it’s free.

Do you have a size guide?
Yes! Kindly click the size guide found in each individual product page. If you’re in between sizes, we suggest sizing down for a tighter fit.
How do I take care of my Common Mode pieces?
We like to keep things cool. Wash on cold and hang dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. This’ll keep the shape of your garment intact, plus it’s better for the planet. Oh, and whatever you do, DO. NOT. BLEACH.
When will my order be shipped out?
Orders ship out every Monday and Thursday. Our cut-off time for deliveries is 4pm the day before the scheduled shipping date.
Do you do same day deliveries?
We’ll see what we can do! Send us a DM on IG or an email us at email@example.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Excluding holidays, shipments within Metro Manila typically take 1-3 business days. Orders outside Metro Manila usually take 5-7 business days. However, due to COIVD, it may take a little longer than usual. Don’t worry, it’s worth the wait. Trust us.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of 140php. But remember, shipping is free when you spend 3,500php or more!
How do I track my order?
Can’t wait? Neither can we. Once we ship out your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.
What if I did not receive an order confirmation email?
Sometimes emails end up in the spam folder. In case you still can’t find it, you can shoot us a DM on Instagram or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I return my order?
We’re as committed to your safety as we are to giving you amazing athletic wear. To reduce any risks of COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns.
What if I received the wrong item?
Well... this is embarrassing. Just send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and we’ll sort this out ASAP.
How do I request an exchange of size or a defective item?
Hiccups happen. But this one’s on us. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number plus a photo of the defect, and we’ll sort this out ASAP.
